Membership Application
ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Membership is exclusively for all at the assistant, associate and coordinator level from any area in the entertainment industry especially assistants from television studios, networks, agencies and production companies.
- Download "application.pdf"; It is an Adobe Acrobat file. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click this link to download it for free.
- Print out the application and fill out the form.
- Make a $40 check or money order payable to Hollywood Radio and Television Society. Note: memo section of check should read: "Junior Membership."
- Mail payment and completed form to:

Beverly Hills, CA 90209 - To confirm your attendence at an upcoming lecture, you only need to e-mail us at rsvp@jhrts.com with your name/the event in the subject line. You do not need to hear from us after you do this.
NOTE: MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SEAT AT LECTURES. Members will be given first priority over non-members. However, due to limited space, seats will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
